Our Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, this website cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish and items containing lithium batteries are required by the Department of Transportation to be shipped via a ground service. Orders with these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous or via Rush or Express shipping methods. Items with special shipping requirements will be noted on the product detail page in the Shipping + Returns section.
